In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager on ph375, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional terms incorporated by reference (including the Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy).

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with ph375, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your Account remains active:
3.2 ph375 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account with ph375. 5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
5.2 You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised such activity.
5.3 You must notify ph375 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security concern. ph375 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
5.4 ph375 will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel requesting your password or full one-time PIN codes. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph375 support immediately.
5.5 ph375 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available through your Account Settings page. This adds an additional security layer to the ph375 login process and is particularly important given the GCash withdrawal functionality attached to your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph375 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ph375 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending the satisfactory completion of this process.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on ph375 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ph375 does not accept wagers in foreign currencies. Any deposit made in a currency other than PHP will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from rates quoted elsewhere.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw such funds prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them.

7.1 ph375 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any additional Bonus Terms published alongside the specific promotion.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement of not less than 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each offer will be stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.
7.3 Bonuses are awarded to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. ph375 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that multiple accounts have been created or used to claim the same offer.
7.4 ph375 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to time limits; unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire as stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.
7.5 Participation in ph375 bonus and promotion programmes constitutes acceptance of the applicable Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
7.6 ph375 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any wager has been placed in a manner designed to take unfair advantage of a bonus offer. Where such behaviour is identified, ph375 may void the relevant wager and any associated winnings and close the Account.
8.1 All games available on ph375 use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and rolling equipment recorded by live video. All game outcomes are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

14.1 ph375 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.
14.2 Upon termination of your Account for violation of these Terms, ph375 may, in its discretion, forfeit some or all of the balance remaining in your Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, where such forfeiture is justified by the nature of the violation. ph375 will communicate its decision and the basis for any forfeiture in writing.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph375 support. Upon Account closure at your request, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds not meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days.
14.4 If you have set a self-exclusion on your Account, ph375 will refuse any Account reactivation request during the exclusion period. This restriction applies even if you contact ph375 requesting an early reactivation. The safety of our players takes precedence over any reactivation request.

16.3 In the event of a dispute between you and ph375 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ph375 support, both parties agree to use good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceeding. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.4 These Terms are written in the English language. Translations of these Terms into Filipino or any other language are provided as a courtesy only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
